We will forage for wild edibles fruits and vegetables, fungi, and wild herbs and greens. Urban homesteading can be a fun and fulfilling way to decrease your carbon footprint while learning useful methods for producing your own wholesome home staples. We will be exploring canning & preserving, animal husbandry and beekeeping, gardening and mycology, foraging and gleaning, home crafting and sewing, permaculture practices, and the use of native plants for both culinary and medicinal uses.
